How To Hear Your Intuition When Your Mind Won’t Stop

Are you one of those people whose mind is switched on pretty much 24/7?

Constantly evaluating, thinking & considering?

When our minds are going at a million miles an hour, it’s tough for us to connect to, let alone hear our intuition.

This can often leave us feeling out of balance & overwhelmed – with so many thoughts & distractions consuming our minds.

Many people believe the solution is to spend more times meditating & this certainly works for some, but if you have a super active mind then just meditating can be a challenge in itself.

The good news is there are other ways to calm an over-active mind so you can hear your intuition.

One of them being, to use the  AHA Technique. It’s a quick & easy tool that can be learnt in less than 2 minutes & used any time your mind seems to be running away with the show.

Check out my recent Youtube video to learn all about the AHA Technique & let me know what you think⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
