On a recent trip to Sedona – I came across this sign while hiking Bell Rock & it made me smile.

Some days I could do with one of these signs.

You know the days where

🔸You’re about ready to give up⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔸The monkey mind has taken control⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔸The inner critic is in overdrive⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yep, that’s right about when this sign would come in handy. There’s something about it’s gentle reminder to stay on the trail, & vague, yet enticing promise of better things to come – that inspires hope.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So today lets gather the things, people, momento’s, & experiences that remind us of our ‘why’ so in those tough times we have the strength to ‘stay on the trail’
